  • The relief of hearing, “me too”

  • Witnessing that affirms your experiences

  • Gentle structure and emotional safety

  • A new template for healthy connection and community

About the Facilitator

Sophia Wolsfeld, Registered Psychotherapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor.

Hi! I’m a trauma therapist who specializes in helping women recover from relational trauma, including betrayal trauma and narcissistic abuse. I know how disorienting and lonely this kind of harm can be—and how much strength it takes to begin healing. I’ve supported many women in finding their way back to themselves after narcissistic relationships, and it’s one of the deepest honors of my work.

This group is not about fixing you—because you are not broken. It’s about helping you remember who you are.
