Betrayal Trauma Group

Healing After Betrayal: A Support Group for Women Reclaiming Their Worth

If you're navigating the devastation of betrayal or infidelity, you don’t have to go through it alone. Join a safe and supportive group of women on a shared path toward healing, clarity, and empowerment.

Find Healing in Connection

You Weren’t Meant to Heal Alone.

Betrayal trauma isolates. Group healing offers something powerful—connection with others who truly understand.

In this group, you’ll experience:

  • Being witnessed in your truth—without judgment

  • The relief of realizing you’re not alone or “too much”

  • Collective strength, wisdom, and validation

  • A container for transformation that individual therapy can’t always provide
