Does this Sound Like you?

You are a deep "feeler" and often get told you are being too "sensitive".

Hi! I'm Sophia. And I'm here to help.

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), a Trauma Therapist, a Canadian Certified Counsellor, a Registered Yoga Teacher, a Registered Dietitian, and most importantly a perfectly imperfect fellow human who is passionate about supporting clients in building more aligned relationships, whether that is their relationships with others, or the relationship they have with themselves, their body, with food, or with their emotions.

Whatever story brings you in, I would be honored to hold a safe, supportive, and compassionate place for you to feel truly heard, seen, and understood.
