WHO AM I?
I am:
-
Sophia Khan
-
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (#12061), holding a Master's of Arts in Counselling Psychology (graduated in 2023),
-
A Registered Dietitian with the Saskatchewan Dietitians Association, holding a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (graduated in 2017),
-
A Registered Yoga Teacher,
-
A Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor,
-
And most importantly, a deeply empathetic and perfectly imperfect human.
My education, values, and life experiences have led me to a dedicated clinical focus on disordered eating, intuitive eating, somatic nutrition, and the gut-brain connection. My approach combines aspects of nutritional science, somatic practices, body attunement, and mindfulness.
I practice from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and socially-just lens. I create a deeply empathetic, non-judgmental, and safe place for us to explore how to best nourish your mind, body, and heart.

A UNIQUE PHILOSOPHY
Superbloom Wellness combines the scientific foundation of nutrition with the complex realities of the emotional interrelationships between food, bodies, and our minds.
Explore your truth in a safe, supportive, and nurturing space.
This guided blueprint will help you reach your fullest potential.
